BossClub Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

📜1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These BossClub Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and BossClub as the platform operator. Continued use of the BossClub platform following any updates to the Terms is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. BossClub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

• These terms govern all aspects of your use of the BossClub platform, including gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and communications.
• The official language of these Terms is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any conflict in translation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
• BossClub reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. The last updated date will be displayed at the top of this page.

👤2. BossClub Member Eligibility

To register and use BossClub's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. BossClub reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or close any account found to be non-compliant.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in gambling activities.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on BossClub. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout the membership period must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

📝3. Registration & Account Management

All BossClub members are required to keep their login credentials secure and must not share them with any party. A BossClub account is strictly for the personal use of the registered member.

• Registering a BossClub account is completely free of charge.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your BossClub account.
• BossClub may require an identity verification process (KYC – Know Your Customer) before approving withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include your identity card (MyKad), bank statements, and other supporting documents.
• The name on your BossClub account must match the name of the bank account holder used for transactions.
• Any attempt to transfer a BossClub account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

💳4. Deposit & Payment Methods

BossClub supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the respective payment provider.

• BossClub only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.
• Funds deposited into a BossClub account may not be transferred to another user.
• BossClub is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of e-wallet providers or banks.
• Should you encounter any deposit issues, please contact BossClub support with proof of transaction within 24 hours.

🏦5. Withdrawal of Winnings

BossClub is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals as quickly as possible. The following terms and conditions apply to withdrawals from your BossClub account.

• Processing Time: Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within five minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on the bank's operating hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for e-wallets and RM100 for bank transfers.
• Identity Verification: BossClub reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 for members who have not completed the KYC process.
• Recipient Name: The recipient account name for a withdrawal must match the registered name on the BossClub account.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering requirement before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

🎁6. Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

BossClub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions set out for each respective promotion.

• Wagering Requirement: Most BossClub bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Valid Period: All BossClub bonuses have a specific validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: BossClub members may only have one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the BossClub bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.

BossClub maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any misuse of the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Registration of more than one BossClub account by the same individual.
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
• Any attempt to launder money or finance illegal activities through the BossClub platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the game system at the poker table or in any other game.
• Use of software or technical methods to exploit vulnerabilities in the BossClub platform.
• Attempting to steal the login credentials or financial data of other BossClub members.
• Bonus abuse through methods such as arbitrage, bonus stripping, or the use of proxy accounts.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at BossClub support staff or other members.

🔐9. Account Suspension & Closure

BossClub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these BossClub Terms & Conditions.
• Any indication that an account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• Failure to provide the required identity verification (KYC) documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Involvement in activities suspected to constitute money laundering or illegal financing.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves for responsible gaming reasons.

If an account is suspended on suspicion of a Terms violation, an investigation will be conducted by the BossClub team. Any legitimate funds belonging to the member will be returned upon conclusion of the investigation, provided no breach of terms is established.

• BossClub's total liability to any member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• BossClub makes no guarantee that gameplay or wagering will result in profit. All gambling activities carry the risk of financial loss.
• Members acknowledge that participation in any game or wagering activity is entirely at their own risk.
